General Questions

We offer custom cakes for weddings, events, birthdays, kids’ celebrations, and more. Our cakes can be made as traditional baked cakes or dummy cakes, and we also offer a mix of both to suit your needs.

We recommend placing your order at least 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability. For weddings or large events, please book as early as possible to secure your date.

Yes, we offer delivery services for an additional fee based on your location. You can also pick up your order from Binbrook, Hamilton, ON.

Design & Customization

Absolutely! All our cakes are custom-designed to match your event theme, décor, and vision. You can also share inspiration photos to help us create your dream cake.

Dummy cakes are made of styrofoam and decorated to look like real cakes. They’re perfect for creating the illusion of a large cake while serving smaller portions of real cake. A small portion of real cake can be included for ceremonial cutting.

Yes, you can select from our menu of classic and premium flavors. For those unsure, we recommend ordering a Taster Box to sample flavors before deciding.

Payment & Policies

Once your order details are confirmed, we’ll send you an invoice with payment options. A deposit is required to secure your booking.

Deposits are non-refundable, but we may offer credit toward a future order if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the event.

Availability is limited, especially during peak seasons. We encourage early bookings to avoid disappointment.

Cake Care

Place the cake on a flat, level surface (such as the floor of a car) in an air-conditioned vehicle. For detailed instructions, visit our Cake Care Instructions page.

If not served immediately, store your cake in the refrigerator and allow it to come to room temperature before serving.
